WHAT IS "MADE-TO-ORDER"?
PRODUCTS THAT ARE "MADE-TO-ORDER" WILL BE NOTED WITHIN THE PRODUCT'S DESCRIPTION. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO ORDER BETWEEN CERTAIN DATES. PRODUCTION OF THOSE PRODUCTS WILL BEGIN AFTER THE TIME PERIOD TO ORDER IS COMPLETE. 
AFTER THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN SHIPPED, DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES CAN RANGE BETWEEN 10-28 DAYS AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

I AM PLACING AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER. DOES THE SHIPPING COST INCLUDE THE CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND/OR TAXES?
WE SHIP ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS DELIVERY DUTIES UNPAID (DDU), WHICH MEANS ANY FEES ARE CHARGED ONCE THE PARCEL REACHES ITS DESTINATION AND MUST BE PAID BY THE RECIPIENT. UNFORTUNATELY THESE FEES ARE BEYOND OUR CONTROL, AND WE ARE UNABLE TO COVER THEM FOR OUR CUSTOMERS.
